Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Scheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your diagnostic test bookings at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled home collection slot or lab visit window. Cancellations made within the 2-hour window may attract a minimal convenience charge.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of any online advance payments in the following cases:

• Booking cancellation requested at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot.
• Failure of sample collection due to phlebotomist non-arrival.
• Accidental duplicate payments for the same booking ID.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be processed once the sample has been collected by the phlebotomist or processed in the laboratory. Fees for home collections are non-refundable if the patient is unavailable at the provided address during the slot timeline.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed automatically back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Account). The refund amount will typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your bank's clearing cycle.
